‘Mighty Girl Mighty Life’ is a full-day school program for girls between the ages of 8-16.The course covers the following four core modules of the Mighty Girl Mighty Life ® Framework: Mindset & Beliefs, BIG Feelings & Emotions, Inner Guidance & Intuition and Challenges & Problem-Solving. Using a combination of artsy-crafty, interactive activities, the girls learn the mightiest skills they needs to feel braver, happier and more confident, the mighty girl way! This program is designed to empower each girl to think, feel, speak and act like the mighty girl she was born to be.
Workshops Included In This Program
Mighty Thoughts Mighty Life
During this workshop, each mighty girl will learn about the importance of her thoughts and why having the right mindset is her greatest power. During our time together, we will be exploring the importance of nurturing a growth mindset and the power we have to choose thoughts and beliefs that inspire us to be our best and mightiest self.
Mighty Feelings Mighty Life
During this workshop, each mighty girl will discover the importance of all of her feelings (especially the ones that don’t feel good!), and learn how to embrace them with love and acceptance. This workshop explores the important role our feelings and emotions have as our own personal guidance system for living our best life.
Mighty Intuition Mighty Life
During this workshop, each mighty girl will discover that she has a powerful inner guidance system that is unique to her. This workshop explores the important role that intuition has in our lives and how to tune it to daily and leverage it the mighty girl way.
Mighty Challenges Mighty Life
During this workshop, each mighty girl will learn all about the importance of challenges and obstacles and how to see them as important learning tools to live a mighty life. This workshop explores the important role that problems, obstacles and challenges have for living our best life.
